5.1 Advertising Networks

We work with third-party advertising networks to serve ads on your short link interstitial pages. These networks may collect visitor data (IP address, browser type, device information) through their own technologies to serve targeted advertisements and calculate earnings. These networks operate under their own privacy policies.

5.2 Infrastructure Providers

We use cloud hosting, database, and CDN providers to operate the platform. These providers act as data processors under contractual data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.

5.3 Google OAuth

If you use Google sign-in, authentication is handled by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy. We only receive your name and email address from Google.

5.4 Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Link$terr, our users, or the public.

Visitors to short links may be subject to cookies from our advertising network partners. These cookies are governed by the respective network's cookie policy.

• Account data: For the duration of your account, plus 90 days after deletion to allow for dispute resolution
• Earnings and payout records: 7 years after the transaction date for financial compliance purposes
• Traffic/click logs: 90 days for operational purposes, then aggregated and anonymized
• Session and security logs: 30 days
• Deleted account data: Fully purged within 90 days of account deletion request, except where retention is required by law

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
