1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Publisher," or "you") and Link$terr ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Link$terr platform, including our website, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "Get Started," or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Link$terr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have had a previous Link$terr account terminated for violations of these Terms

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• One account per person or entity is permitted
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion

If you register via Google OAuth, you authorize Link$terr to access your Google account profile information (name and email address) solely for authentication purposes.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

4.1 Permitted Use

Link$terr may be used to shorten URLs and earn revenue from legitimate traffic directed through your short links. You agree to only promote content that is lawful and compliant with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use Link$terr to shorten, distribute, or monetize links to the following:

• Illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to pirated software, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized copyrighted material
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing pages, or any malicious code
• Adult or pornographic content
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Gambling or betting platforms (unless explicitly authorized by Link$terr)
• Pharmaceutical products, controlled substances, or illegal drugs
• Fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial products
• Content that violates the rights of third parties, including privacy, defamation, or intellectual property rights

4.3 Prohibited Traffic Practices

The following traffic generation methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings:

• Automated clicks, bots, scripts, or any artificial traffic generation
• Click farms or paid-to-click (PTC) traffic
• Incentivized clicks (paying or coercing users to click your links)
• Self-clicking or repeatedly clicking your own links
• Using VPNs, proxies, or datacenters to mask the origin of traffic
• Traffic exchange programs
• Any method intended to inflate impressions or click counts artificially

5. Earnings & Payouts

Link$terr operates a revenue-sharing model. Publishers earn based on the CPM (cost per thousand impressions) generated by legitimate traffic passing through their short links.

5.1 Earning Calculation

• Earnings are calculated based on verified, non-fraudulent traffic as determined by our advertising partners
• CPM rates vary by country, device, and traffic quality
• Displayed earnings are estimates until verified by our advertising partners and may be subject to adjustment

5.2 Payout Conditions

• Minimum payout threshold: $10.00 USD
• Payouts are processed every Monday
• You must have valid payout information (cryptocurrency wallet address or other approved method) saved in your account
• We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts pending fraud investigation
• Earnings from terminated accounts due to policy violations are forfeited

5.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received from Link$terr. Link$terr does not withhold taxes on behalf of publishers. We may request tax documentation as required by applicable law.

6. Referral Program

Link$terr operates a referral program that allows publishers to earn a commission on the earnings of users they refer to the platform.

• Referral commission rate: 10% of referred user's verified earnings, for as long as the referred user remains active
• Referral commissions are subject to the same fraud detection standards as direct earnings
• Self-referral (creating multiple accounts to refer yourself) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts
• Referral commission rates may be changed at our discretion with 30 days' notice to affected publishers
• Referral commissions are paid out automatically when the accumulated amount exceeds the minimum payout threshold

7. Third-Party Advertising

Link$terr's monetization infrastructure relies on third-party advertising networks. By using Link$terr, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party ad networks may collect data from visitors to your short links for advertising purposes, subject to their own privacy policies
• We do not control the content of advertisements served by third-party networks
• Ad revenue is subject to verification and adjustment by our advertising partners
• Link$terr is not liable for any issues arising from third-party ad network operations, downtime, or policy changes that affect your earnings

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Link$terr are the exclusive property of Link$terr or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Link$terr content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the Service. By using Link$terr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or traffic manipulation
• Abuse of the referral program
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months
• At our sole discretion for any reason we deem appropriate

Upon termination for policy violations, all accumulated earnings are forfeited. Upon termination for other reasons, legitimate earnings above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 days at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINK$TERR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Fluctuations in CPM rates or advertising revenue
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions of third-party advertising networks

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English.

You agree to resolve any disputes with Link$terr on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
