This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made on Link$terr. By making a purchase you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Link$terr Premium is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly, 6-month or yearly). You may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within five (5) days of that payment, only if you have not used the service — that is, you have not shared or created any links (and have not otherwise used premium benefits) since the payment.
Eligible for a refund: you subscribed, you have not shared or created any links and have not used premium features, and you request the refund within 5 days of payment.
Not eligible: you have already used the service — for example you shared or created links, browsed ad-free, used direct links or any premium payout benefit — or the 5-day window has passed. Renewal payments after the first term are not refundable once the new period has started.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Because on-chain transactions cannot be reversed, any Premium subscription paid with cryptocurrency is final and not eligible for a refund, including within the 5-day window above.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your benefits remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period.
Pay-to-skip is a one-time micro-payment that instantly removes the ad wait on a link. Because the benefit is delivered immediately and in full at the moment of payment, pay-to-skip payments are non-refundable.

We aim to review every request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review.
This policy covers payments you make to Link$terr. Money you earn as a publisher (ad revenue share, network earnings and commissions) is governed by the payout terms in your dashboard and our Terms of Service, not by this Refund Policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in your dashboard.
